PHYSICAL THERAPY SERVICES AT THE LONGSTREET CLINIC, P.C.
The Longstreet Clinic (TLC) is pleased to offer Physical Therapy Services to our patients. Our goal is to help people return to a healthy and functional lifestyle.
Located at the Clinic's main Gainesville campus, on the third floor,
the TLC Physical Therapy Services gym offers a wide variety of customized services to meet the needs of each patient.
After each patient is evaluated, a specific treatment plan is created individually, based on the evaluation.

Carpal tunnel syndrome

Musculoskeletal injuries

Post-surgical reconditioning

Strains and sprains

Foot pain

Pregnancy related back pain

Overuse injuries

Exercise training and education

General fitness program for deconditioning, strengthening and stretching
Services are offered Monday through Friday from 8:30 a.m. to 4:30 p.m.
Patients are seen by physician referral.
All physical therapy and occupational therapy referrals require a prescription.
