Longstreet Clinic’s board certified and fellowship-trained neonatologists and certified neonatal nurse practitioners, along with the staff at Northeast Georgia Medical Center’s state-of-the-art Neonatal Intensive Care Unit (NICU) in Gainesville & Braselton, offer the most vulnerable babies high-quality medical care with the goal of a speedy recovery so they can go home as soon as possible.
The Level III-Certified NICU includes 26 individual rooms allowing new parents privacy with their babies. And two parent-infant rooms enable parents to stay with their babies the night before discharge to make the transition home as smooth as possible.
Since 1996, Longstreet Clinic neonatologists have provided specialized care to high risk babies. That dedication to the tiniest patients continues today with the provision of 24-hour care and the expansion of services to Northeast Georgia Medical Center in Braselton, giving them a healthy start on life in two high quality facilities. Longstreet Clinic Neonatology is part of our comprehensive approach to pediatric services.
Longstreet Clinic is also proud to serve as presenting sponsor for the March of Dimes’ annual Hall County March for Babies.
