GAINESVILLE – Longstreet Clinic (LC) is proud to be honored by CareSource as the top quality performer in Georgia. CareSource, one of the nation’s largest Medicaid managed care plans, is part of the Georgia Families® program.
Among participating healthcare providers across the state, Longstreet Clinic had the best performance in the following categories:
• Well-child visits in the first 30 months of life
• Child & adolescent well-child visits
• Flu vaccine
• Postpartum visits
• Prenatal visits

We are so appreciative of this recognition.”
As part of the honor, CareSource hosted a reception for Longstreet Clinic on Nov. 15 and presented a $500 contribution to a nonprofit designated by the Clinic. LC chose Glory, Hope & Life as the recipient of the donation.
The honor also shines a light on LC’s broader commitment to population health, a holistic approach to health care that focuses on preventive care expanding access to resources and clinical interventions that promote health and wellness throughout the entire community.
