The Longstreet Clinic is pleased to announce that Kommerina Daling, M.D., has joined the Department of Family Medicine in Oakwood.
Dr. Daling earned her medical degree from Vrije Universiteit of Amsterdam, Netherlands, and completed her family medicine residency at Emory University School of Medicine in Atlanta. She joins The Longstreet Clinic after working as a physician at The Emory Clinic and Emory University Hospital Midtown for the past two years. She also served as an assistant professor in Emory’s Department of Family and Preventive Medicine.
TLC’s Department of Family Medicine in Oakwood, which also includes Marti Gibbs, M.D., John N. Range, M.D., and Andrew B. Reisman, M.D., had been certified as a Level 3 Patient-Centered Medical Home Program, an innovative program for improving primary care. The Longstreet Clinic was the first practice in Northeast Georgia to receive this level of PCMH recognition from the National Committee for Quality Assurance. The practice provides continuing and comprehensive, medical, health maintenance and preventative care services to the entire family.
The practice recently began a 9,359-square-foot renovation to its Fairbanks Drive office in Oakwood. The $1.94-million dollar expansion will add almost 4,000 square feet to its current 5,380-square-foot location.
Dr. Daling is accepting new patients. To schedule an appointment, please call (770) 534-6053.
