Can’t wait to get your kids back into sports this fall? Longstreet Clinic Pediatrics located in Buford is offering sports physicals to the public on July 18 from 8:30 a.m. – 12:30 p.m. by appointment only. This special event is open to the community, which means your child does not have to be a current Longstreet Pediatrics patient to participate.
For the safety of our patients and staff, strict adherence to CDC protocols will be observed including:
- Only one parent or guardian may accompany the patient; no siblings are allowed unless they are scheduled for a physical, too.
- Temperature checks and screenings upon arrival for your appointment.
- Masks are required for parent and patient.
We are offering these physicals for a special reduced rate of $25. Payment is required at time of service. Appointments are limited so don’t delay, call 770-932-8519 to schedule your child’s sports physical today.
