We are pleased to offer generous benefits to eligible employees.

Paid Time Off (PTO)

Longstreet Clinic values the hard work of our employees and encourages them to take time off to recharge.  Our PTO policy is designed to be an all-purpose time off policy allowing employees to use PTO for vacation, personal business, or in the event of illness or injury.  PTO accrual rates increase as employees increase in tenure.

Paid Holidays

In addition to, and separate from, our PTO policy, we also offer six paid holidays:  New Year’s Day, Memorial Day, Independence Day, Labor Day, Thanksgiving Day, and Christmas Day.

Health Insurance

We are committed to the health and well-being of our employees and their families and offer a choice of several high-quality healthcare plans. Employees can choose from three different medical plans each with varying levels of coverage to fit the individual employee’s needs. In addition to medical insurance, we also offer dental and vision insurance. These plans are administered through Cigna.

Healthcare Savings Account (HSA)

Longstreet Clinic offers an HSA for two of our medical plans. Employees can choose how much to contribute to their HSA (pre-tax) and can then use the money saved in their HSA for healthcare related expenses. Longstreet Clinic will also make a monthly contribution to an employee’s HSA to encourage and promote health and well-being. HSA funds roll over from year to year.

Life Insurance

Longstreet Clinic provides $25,000 in term life insurance coverage at no cost to eligible employees. Additional life insurance can also be purchased if desired.

Disability Insurance

For employees who are medically unable to work, we offer both short and long-term disability These benefits replace a portion of your income while an employee is out on a medical leave.  Longstreet Clinic pays the cost of long-term disability for all eligible employees.

Supplemental Insurance Coverage

Longstreet Clinic offers several supplemental insurance coverage options including group accident insurance, critical illness coverage, and hospital indemnity insurance.  Supplemental coverages are administered through Hartford.

Retirement Plan

Longstreet Clinic offers a robust Retirement Plan comprised of two components.  The first component is a traditional 401(k) plan where both employees and Longstreet Clinic can contribute pre-tax dollars into the investment options of the employee’s choice. The second component of our Retirement Plan is the Profit-Sharing Plan.  The Profit-Sharing plan is an additional contribution made solely by Longstreet Clinic directly into your retirement account based on the company’s profits.  Employees can then choose how to invest the additional contribution from the Profit-Sharing Plan.  Our Retirement Plan is managed by Voya and employees gain ownership or vesting of the Longstreet Clinic’s contributions on a schedule based on tenure.

Leave of Absence

Longstreet Clinic offers several leave of absence options for employees such as the Family Medical Leave Act (FMLA), Military Leave and other non-FMLA Leaves or Leaves of Absence (LOA).

Bereavement Leave

Eligible employees are entitled to up to three days of paid bereavement leave in the event of the death of an immediate family member.

Jury Duty

Longstreet Clinic supports our employees who are called for Jury Duty and offers paid Jury Duty leave.

Employee Assistance Program (EAP)

To support the well-being of our employees, we offer a confidential Employee Assistance Program (EAP). This program provides support for a variety of personal, financial, work-related, and family challenges, helping employees maintain a healthy work-life balance.
