Longstreet Clinic is now offering enhanced specialty care in Demorest.
Recently we’ve made some enhancements to the care we are able to provide in Habersham County.
Dr. Rhett Weaver and Celina Carruth, FNP-C, continue to welcome Internal Medicine patients at 835 Austin Drive.
Just up the road at 801 Austin Drive is our Primary & Specialty Care office that recently added on-site X-ray capabilities. The office now includes the following providers:
- Primary Care – Kelly Taylor, FNP-C & Casey Bolton, PA-C
- General Surgery – Geary Bush, M.D.
- Orthopedics & Neurosurgery – Sam Pipkin, PA-C
